Generally we're not the first people in line for the latest technology. We're kind of old-school (after all we run a grain mill right?). But every once-in a while an innovative product comes along that really gets us excited.
That's how we felt when we tested this ice-cream scoop from That Inventions at a product show this year. We were blown away by the way the scoop transferred the heat from our hands to cut through hard ice cream like butter.
The concept is deceptively simple: It transfers heat from your hands through a conductive liquid in the handle down to the tip of the scoop. That combined with the sharpened edges of the scoop will have you scooping with ease in no time. We love this thing! It's also easy to wash and has a very clean design.
